Stuck Acquires Biocut®Systems

Milwaukee-based Stuck Inc. has acquired Milwaukee-based BioCut Systems, an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of cutting solutions to the bioscience industry specializing in regenerative medicine. Stuck Inc. was co-founded by Jerry Jendusa and Paul Schulls in 2014 after Jendusa sold EMTEQ, the then-New Berlin-based company he founded in 1995 and built to more than $100 million in sales. Stuck offers advisory services for business leaders seeking growth and invests in companies the founders can grow.
Stuck acquired 100 percent of Biocut®Systems from Mark and Janet Jeske of Cedarburg. The deal was completed October 31st for an undisclosed price, Don Melnikoff lead the acquisition and has been retained as Biocut’s next President. Melnikoff is an experienced leader, with 20 years in the medical device manufacturing space, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Jeske will continue to support Biocut’s mission as a consultant, “I am excited to be passing the torch to Don and am confident Biocut® will grow to new heights under his leadership. He is well versed in medical device product development and governmental regulatory requirements awhile bringing enthusiasm and passion,” states Jeske. “I look forward to supporting Don and ensuring a continued trajectory of growth.”
Biocut®Systems main focus is to help bioscience companies streamline production in a safe, sterile and efficient manner by providing clean room compatible steel rule dies, machine dies, C5/7/15/40 ton bio-format presses, along with accessory products and services.
