The Biocut Bone Mill is an automated system designed to automatically control variables during the bone milling process. Controlling these variables removes operator inconsistencies which increases yield and allows for a more precise end product. The BioCut Bone Mill has been designed to be clean room compatible. The removable and interchangeable parts of the BioCut Bone Mill aid in the cleaning and assembly processes. Minimal controls simplify the operation of this device. A single touch screen Human Machine Interface (HMI) allows all controls and information to be displayed and easily accessed. All parameters are programmed using the touch HMI. The cutting process is controlled via the Automated Control System (ACS).
